Updated RHS/PRHS Alumni Directory To Update Records or Order Book Did you graduate from Richland High School or Pine-Richland High School? If so, we’re looking for you. You could receive a call from Harris Connect, as soon as Sept. 5, 2009. Alumni must respond before Jan. 5, 2009. The directory is expected to be published in March of 2009. Pine-Richland Opportunities Fund president Don Foster says Harris Connect will be handling the research and publication with the help of consultant Judi Boren, retired PRSD human resource director, and PROF Co-Executive Director Rachel Hathhorn, who is the district’s schools and community relations coordinator and a 1988 RHS graduate. “Designed to be user-friendly, the directory will be the primary source of contact information for RHS and PRHS alumni,” Foster added. “Our directory will make it easy to reconnect with former friends and classmates.” The directory will include academic, professional and personal information at the wish of the graduate. The listings will be sorted alphabetically by last name and cross-referenced if a graduate had a name change. In addition, alumni will be listed by class year and city and state of residence. The directory will include a special section about Pine-Richland that includes a look at the past and a glimpse into the future. “Connecting with graduates will be much easier,” Hathhorn. “When the project is completed, alumni will be able to log on to a website to reconnect with the past and learn more about upcoming alumni events, such as reunions.” To help make this directory as complete as possible, the Pine-Richland Opportunities Fund trustees encourage all alumni to respond to the Harris Connect callers. More information regarding the project is available on the school district website at http://www.pinerichland.org/PROF/aluminfo.htm. If you would like to call ahead with your updated information and/or to order a book, call 1-866-359-6613.
