If school is cancelled on your event date, please know that all district buildings will be closed and you will not have access to the building.

 During the school year, all locations are only available after classes end for the day.

There has been a growing demand for the use of facilities within the Pine-Richland School District. To ensure that the buildings and fields are maintained at the highest levels, the district requires an application process for use of building and athletic space.

We are now using a new facilities use software that is totally web-based.  This means you may create an account, log in, review building calendars to see if a space is available, and (if so) select when your group would like to apply for that space.

The old paper (hard copy), or pdf (email attachment) based application process is no longer accepted.

Remember your request must be received at least 45 (forty five) days prior to the event, per policy.

V/JV/JH/MS Team practices and off-season conditioning are scheduled through the Athletic Office.  Please email Mary Seaman ( to schedule V/JV/JH/MS Team practices and off-season conditioning.


 If opening a "new requester" account, please create an organization/client name utilizing the follow basic parameters:

  • For Class I & II groups...  please use specific two-letter codes, all caps, at the beginning... ex. "HS Student Government".

    • PR  - District wide related groups

    • HS - Pine-Richland High School related groups

    • MS - Pine-Richland Middle School related groups

    • EH - Eden Hall Upper Elementary related groups

    • RE - Richland Elementary related groups

    • HE - Hance Elementary related groups

    • WE  - Wexford Elementary related groups

    • If you are entering an event for a Booster Group, please select from the list.  Do not create a new Booster Group.

    • If you are a V/JV/MS Team coach, and wish to hold a meeting, please email Mary Seaman (

  • For Class III groups... please simply use your company's, or organization's name

Facilities Use administrators will then cross reference your request for potential conflicts.  While a space may not appear booked on a calendar yet, there very well could be a prior-pending request for the same space at the same time as your new inquiry.  All things being equal, applications will be finalized in the order received.

However, Class I (school district) groups will always trump requests made by Class IIs or Class IIIs regardless of when they are received.  Please refer to the Pine-Richland School Board's facilities use policy for a complete breakdown on the applicant-class hierarchy.
