Year Round Events

Market Day

Market Day is a frozen food fundraiser for the school; parents pre-order frozen food to pick up at the school on last Wednesday of each month. The school receives 10% of all orders as profit. This year Market Day pickup day will be held at Richland Elementary School Cafeteria.

Yearbook

The Eden Hall Yearbook captures a year of memories for our students. The book is 96 pages – 30 pages 4^th & 5^th grade class pictures and 30 pages of 6^th grade; the rest of the yearbook tries to capture all the events held at EH starting with the Back to School Carnival and ending with last event in March. Lifetouch is our vendor and yearbook is done on their online yearbook program. Volunteers are needed to take pictures of the events as well as design the pages.

Outreach

Eden Hall Outreach program provides an opportunity for parents and students to help our community in need. Our program is divided by grades: 4^th grade outreach –collections; 5^th grade outreach is environmental and 6^th grade outreach- supports PRYC.

Parent/Student Nights

Eden Hall sponsors 3 Parent/Student Nights: Study Skills, Internet Safety and Listen Program; the PTO supports the school administration by advertising the night; collecting RSVPs, and other arrangements needed for the night.

Homeroom Coordinators

To be the Homeroom Coordinator for your child’s class by helping with the collection of Box Tops, Campbell Labels, field day, teacher gift and other things might come up during the school year. VOLUNTEERS CAN SIGN UP DURING THE MEET THE TEACHER NIGHT IN SEPTEMBER.

Web Fundraising

PTO participates in the Target for Education Program, Giant Eagle –Apples for students program and the Shop to Earn Program. These programs provide either cash or points for purchases for parents signing up with Eden Hall ID#.
