Dear Community:
You are
officially invited to
Pine-Richland's 50th Celebration on
Wednesday, March 26, 2008.
Catch up with some friends from the district,
community and alumni and faculty from the
past.
- The
program will begin with a spaghetti dinner
at 5:30 p.m. in the
Pine-Richland High School
Atrium/Cafeteria. You'll
have a chance to enjoy presentations by students
(strings, vocal, theatrics & musical segments) as
well as artwork through the decades. Proceeds
will benefit the
Pine-Richland Opportunities
Fund.
- At
7 p.m., the celebration will move over to the
auditorium for a special Pine-Richland's
Finest Concert. The PR Music Department
is inviting student performers from the present and
past. Some former music teachers will be on hand such
as Mr. William Machiko and Mr.
Robert Marshall.
- During the
concert, 1978 Richland graduate Jeff Calhoun
will make a visit home for the PR 50th
Celebration. Calhoun, who is best known for his work
on Broadway, is currently directing the
touring production of Disney Channel's original
hit movie High School Musical. He will
have a special announcement to make.
- Plus
for the first time, the Pine-Richland
Opportunities Fund will induct alumni into
the Hall of Fame.
Tickets for dinner are available at the door. Plan
to arrive at 5:30 p.m.
