Planning to Volunteer at Eden Hall?
You Must Be Registered on PTO Manager
It Takes Only 5 Minutes to Register
Due to the number of volunteers utilized for Eden
Hall events, the PTO uses a a web-based software called PTO Manager
making it more efficient for our chair people to manage the
volunteer needs.

How Do I
Register?
Set Up Your Username and Password
- Click here to
access PTO
Manager.
- On
the sign-in page, click on "Click here to register"
in the lower right of the screen.
- On
the next screen, enter your e-mail address and password;
you'll enter these again in the "confirm"
boxes. When finished, click Save (lower right).
3-Step
Registration Process
Step 1:
Your Information
- On
the next screen (step 1), enter your information.
- Please
leave the "do not e-mail me" box unchecked to
allow us to e-mail you reminders to events for which you have
volunteered.
- When
finished, click Save
(lower right).
Step 2:
Your Interests (when selecting
Interests, you are not Volunteering for an Event)
- On
the next screen (step 2), select your interests for those
areas in which you would be interested in helping. If an
event is low on volunteers, the event coordinator will be able
to access a list of individuals who have that interest.
- When
finished, click Save
(lower right).
Step 3:
Your Children at Eden Hall
- On
the final screen (step 3), click on New Student
(upper right of screen) to add only your children that
are at Eden Hall.
- Click
Save.
For
each additional student that will be at Eden Hall, click New Student
and click Save
after each entry.

How Do I
Volunteer for Events?
After the System Administrator
has "approved" your registration, follow these
steps to volunteer for an event.
- Click here to
sign in with your username and password. This
is the link that will be in the Friday Flash when we are
recruiting for event volunteers.
- Select Events
on the blue menu bar.
- Locate the Event
for which you want to volunteer. Click
on the event name for a description.
- To
volunteer, click
on Volunteer
for Event in the far right column. If
you have not yet been approved by the System Administrator,
the Volunteer
for Event column will not appear on your screen.
- Type the Event Name
in the Task column
- If the date does not
default or is not correct, enter the date for
which you are volunteering.
- Enter either the Task Time
or the Hours
- Click Save
How Do You Know
You've Signed Up for an Event?
After saving your Event, you will return to the Events
page. The Volunteer
for Event title at the far right column for that Event
changes to View
My Tasks for Event.
When you click on View
My Tasks for Event, you will be able to view the
details for the event. You will also receive emails
from the Event Chairperson.
What If My Status
Changes and I'm No Longer Able to Volunteer for an Event?
If your status changed and you need to delete
yourself from an event, click on View My Tasks for Event, click
on the Select
box at the far right, then click Delete
then Save
in the lower right corner.
