Our Mighty Ram Readers Feed 600 Families Thanksgiving Dinner!
Students participating in the KD Turkey Read-to-Feed Read-Thon raised $4,502.30.  This amount was matched by National City for a total of $9,004.60 being donated to provide meals to needy families in our area.  Since local stores provide the food at reduced costs, it only takes $15 to feed a family Thanksgiving dinner.  Our mighty Ram Readers will feed 600 families!  Thanks to all who read and donated to make this yearly tradition a huge success and to the teachers and staff whose encouragement and assistance helped tremendously in this effort.

National City Bank donated $500 to Wexford as one of the top ten money-raising schools for the KD Turkey Fund this year.  The donation will be used to purchase books for the school library, the classroom libraries, and the leveled readers.

Picture Re-Take Day

Picture re-take day is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, at 9:15 a.m.  Afternoon kindergarten students having their pictures re-taken must come to school at 9:15 a.m. as the photographer will not be at school in the afternoon.

For a picture re-take, please return the original pictures with your child on that day.  Do not return the class photo if you purchased it.  The re-take will only apply to your child's individual picture and not the class photo.  If your child didn't get a picture taken or was absent that day, order forms are available in the office and must be completed prior to the picture re-take day.  Please contact the school office with questions.
