A Note from Mr. Mayberry & Mr. Pietrusinski

Dear PRHS Families,

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our interim office administrators:

Mr. John Mayberry, Interim co-Principal for Grades 11 and 12
Mr. John Pietrusinski, Interim co-Principal for Grades 9 and 10
Mr. Andrew Dugger, Dean of Students

Grade levels are designated to help direct questions and provided for a suggested contact person regarding student issues.

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mr. Dugger to our team.  Mr. Dugger has been a science teacher at Pine-Richland High School and completed an administrative internship with our office this past summer.  As Dean of Students, he will support student life and the student code of conduct.

We will work together to make the 2009-2010 school year successful.  As co-Principals, decisions will be made after reviewing the circumstances together and determining what is in the best interest of our school family.

We hope that you are having a good year and look forward to working with you.

Sincerely,
Mr. John Mayberry
Mr. John Pietrusinski

College Admissions

It's the Journey, Not the Destination!

Too often the media stories scare students and parents as they approach the college search process.  This should be a joyful time, not a high-stakes game which neglects the individual fit.  Find out why this happens and how the process can be approached with a focus on the student, not the ratings, in order to determine a great college choice.  Please join Martha "Marty" O'Connell, the Executive Director of Colleges That Change Lives, for a presentation on the admission process.
