Deadline for Friday Flash:

Please provide a PDF, a sentence that will be used
to lead into flyer via email (rhathhorn@pinerichland.org) no later than 1 week prior to PUBLICATION.


 

WHO CAN SUBMIT FLYERS?

Flyers Accepted from:

  • District-Related groups/organizations, parent/teacher associations & athletic programs

  • Non-Profit Organizations/Groups (Schools & Charities)
  • Community Partners (Libraries, Townships, Hospitals, Youth Centers & Community Centers)
  • Educational Partners (School Districts, Universities, Colleges & Vocational Schools)
  • Arts-Based Programs (Theaters & Guilds)

WHAT CANNOT BE APPROVED

Flyers Cannot Be Accepted From:

  • Businesses & Individual Contractors*

*Businesses can submit flyers as long as they are working with a PR-related organization or group on a fundraising project and/or special program approved by that district-related group.

We cannot advertise wine tasting, gambling and/or cigar fundraisers.


ATHLETIC CAMPS/CLINICS
INFORMATION

  • Your clinic/camp must be approved by PRSD coach.
  • Your clinic/camp cannot be in conflict with another one hosted by an ahtletic program within the district.
  • If you clinic/camp is not sponsored by PRSD, please inlcude disclaimer on flyer: This program is not sponsored by or affiliated with the Pine-Richland School District. Please include insurance disclaimer on flyer: I understand that all participants are required to have accident insurance while participating in this program.
  • Please email flyer in the form of a PDF to rhathhorn@pinerichland.org.
  • Please proof your flyer, we cannot be held responsible for errors.
  • Please provide information at least two weeks prior to your event.
