Pine-Richland High School Graduation Ceremonies Scheduled for June 6

Nearly 340 Pine-Richland High School seniors will become graduates on Friday, June 6 at 7 p.m. at Pine-Richland High School rain or shine. If weather permits, graduation ceremonies will be held in the Pine-Richland Stadium, which is located at 702 Warrendale Rd. in Gibsonia.

If the ceremony is moved indoors because of rain, two guests per graduate will be able to sit in the auditorium.  Every senior will receive two admission tickets for an indoor ceremony. However, the ceremony will be broadcast, rain or shine, on PRTV, so extended family members and guests can enjoy viewing graduation exercises from home.   In the event of rain, an announcement will be placed on the front page of the website at www.pinerichland.org and on the news line at (724) 443-7575.

Special speakers will include Pine-Richland School District Superintendent Dr. James C. Manley, School Board President Stephen Hawbaker, Pine-Richland High School principal Dr. Laura Davis, Acting Assistant Pine-Richland Middle School Principal Michele Welter, 2008 Class President John DeLacio.  The top three students will speak as well. The top three will be announced at graduation. The top 11 students include: Julie Behr, Michelle Calabrese, Margaret Christenson, Neena Davisson, John DeLacio, Travis Donnelly, Kristen Killeen, Ryan Nelson, Dana Rosen, Brian Shoemaker and Benjamin Smithgall.
