Keystone Updates – ACTION INFORMATION

Dear Community:

There are several important updates when it comes to the "Final-Form Regulation 006-312" (Proposed Graduation Competency Assessments). The regulation is now before the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) for approval.

As you know, the Keystone Exam proposal is one we have been opposing from the start.

It's not too late for you to send in your concerns with the proposal to the commission.

The commission accepts written comments on regulations by email at irrc@irrc.state.pa.us or via mail at:

Comments on final regulations should be received at least 48 hours prior to the Commission’s public meeting. IRRC plans to vote on the regulations on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 10:30 a.m.
