Teacher Selected as Most Eligible Bachelerettes

Pine-Richland Middle School Teacher Kate Pfeifer will be modeling and supporting St. Barnabas Charities’ annual Fashion Gala - “Pittsburgh Style” Saturday, October 24th.  The event begins at 11 a.m. with lunch, shopping and a formal wear re-sale and basket raffles followed up with the fashion show at 2 p.m.

Pfeifer, who teaches eighth grade English, was nominated as one of "Pittsburgh’s Top 10 Bachelorettes" based on accomplishments, education, hobbies, and role in the community. 
Tickets are $32 and can be purchased at the door or by calling 724-444-5521. Proceeds benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund, which helps hundreds of nursing home patients who are unable to pay for medical care.
