Pine-Richland's ParentCONNECT is only available for Parents of Middle School and High School
students. It is not available for Elementary School students.

The following information has been designed to assist you in completing a new registration
or to add another child to your existing account. Please read this information carefully.
If you have questions regarding our ParentCONNECT policies or procedures, please visit our

If you have never registered for a Pine-Richland's ParentCONNECT account before
, then you will
need to complete the on-line
registration form. After your registration has been processed, you will
be contacted and instructed to pick up your account information before you will be able to enjoy
the benefits of using ParentCONNECT. Depending on the time of year, registration processing
may take up to a week or two. Please do not submit multiple registrations. In most cases,
you only need one registration for each family. All of your students (Middle School and High
School only) can be added to your account.
If you have previously connected to Pine-Richland's ParentCONNECT,
but have forgotten your account information, email
ParentCONNECT support or leave a voice mail for ParentCONNECT at 724-625-4444 ext. 6464. Let
us know who you are and what information you have regarding your account so that we may verify that
you are the registered user of a Pine-Richland ParentCONNECT account. Depending on this information,
you may or may not have to pick up your account information again.
If you need to add another child to your existing Pine-Richland ParentCONNECT account, then
email
ParentCONNECT support. Please provide your child's name, grade and school. We will add your child to
your account as soon as possible. When this addition has been completed, you will see your
child on your account when you log in. You will not receive any other notification.
If you have registered for a Pine-Richland ParentCONNECT account but have not
been notified that your account information is available for pickup, you may have already had an
account (we do not process duplicate registrations for existing accounts), or there may be a
problem processing your account information (you are not the registered parent for the child, or some
other information does not match what we have recorded for your child). You may
email ParentCONNECT support or leave
a voice mail for ParentCONNECT at 724-625-4444 ext. 6464. Please allow us time to process your
registration. Depending on the time of year, this may take two weeks or more. This is not an
automatic process and many checks are performed to ensure the confidentiality of our students'
information.
If you have registered for a Pine-Richland ParentCONNECT account, but have
never picked up your account information, your information is still waiting for you in the office
of your oldest child's school- either the Middle School or the High School. If your oldest child
has since moved from the Middle School to the High School, we have also moved your account
information. Please pick it up. We will not process any ParentCONNECT requests from you if
you have failed to pick up existing information. You will be asked to provide a photo ID when
picking up account information. Only the registered account user can pick up this information.
