PRMS Student Places First in PA Poetry Society Pegasus Contest

 

A Pine-Richland Middle School student places first in the Pennsylvania Poetry Society 2008 Pegasus Contest.  Eighth grader Kaitlin Hudok placed first in the state of Pennsylvania for her poem "Darkened Halls". Hudok’s poem will appear in the annual Pegasus anthology of winners.  She received $25 for her poem.

Students submitted poems as part of the writing for publication language arts program in Dr. Susan Frantz's English classes.
