Message
from the Superintendent
The Pine-Richland School District (PRSD) is embarking on a new chapter
in education as it continues to improve and develop. Thanks to the support
of community members, staff members and students who were actively involved
in the strategic planning process, the district now has a comprehensive
plan to serve as a blueprint.
The strategic plan will be a living document and will be a primary reference
for the development of the annual operational plan. The operational
plan will move goals established in the strategic plan to a point of
implementation. The strategic plan is future focused and is based on
what the strategic planning committee feels is a proactive response
to an ever-changing world and will serve as the school district’s
compass pointing the way to true north from now to 2012.
