The Back-to-School Bash date has not changed and will be held on August 22!

Orientation Sessions
Due to changes in the building inspection schedules, please note the changes in the orientation schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause and hope you are able to make these important tours! During the week of August 11, all families will receive an e-invitation about specific team times during the designated time block.
6th Grade Orientation
August 18 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
5th Grade Orientation
August 19 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Special Needs Orientation
August 20 from 2-3 p.m.
4th Grade Orientation
August 20 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Make-Up Orientation Session*
August 21 from 6-8 p.m.
* Please make every effort to attend your child's class orientation to receive personalized information. The make-up session is mainly for parents who are working during the other orientation times. |

Parking Information: Some parking for the Tours will be available at Eden Hall; however, we encourage families to park at Richland Elementary School and take the Monark bus shuttle provided for this event.
Additional Tour Information: When your student checks in for his/her tour, you will receive a grade-level Eden Hall T-shirt and the Eden Hall Teacher/Staff Directory. This directory will be a hard-copy document with pictures and information of all the teachers and staff members at Eden Hall. If your student is unable to attend the scheduled Tour, there will be a registration table at the Carnival for your student to receive his/her t-shirt and the directory.

Back-to-School Bash -- August 22 from 2:00-4:00
NO CHANGE IN DATE OR TIME
Event Activities: All students should wear their grade level T-shirt received at the orientation. By wearing their shirts, students will be able to easily identify other students in their grades and grade-level teachers in attendance. The celebration will be a fun afternoon of grade-level blacktop and court games, music provided by a DJ, inflatables, and food (popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones)! We will be charging a nominal amount of 25 cents for popcorn and 50 cents for cotton candy and snow cones. Save your quarters for the event! The black-top and court games will be for 4-5-6 students only; siblings will be able to play on the playground and listen to the DJ.
Important Parking Information for this Event: There will be NO PARKING at Eden Hall the day of the event. Parents will be required to park at Richland Elementary School and ride the Monark shuttles to Eden Hall. Monark is donating the shuttle service for all of Eden Hall August activities. All of the Eden Hall parking lots will be used for games and events for the students. The Richland Volunteer Firehouse will allow Eden Hall families to park at the Firehouse on Meridian Road if parking isn't available at Richland Elementary School. Please do not block the doors for the fire trucks to exit out of the building. Please observe all no parking signs on Bakerstown Road -- we don't want a good day ruined by families receiving parking tickets!
