Pine-Richland Middle School has a long-standing history of being recognized as a leader in the academic, social, and emotional development of middle school-aged students. These are some of the key characteristics that the Schools to Watch (STW) evaluators look for in an application.
The STW process promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of middle school-aged students. A team of evaluators visited Pine-Richland Middle School and evaluated within the following four categories:1. Academic Excellence2. Developmental Responsiveness3. Organizational Structures and Processes4. Social EquityIn addition, parents and guardians had the opportunity to participate in the process. The parental portion provides parents/guardians an opportunity to share details about their child’s experiences inside and outside the classroom.
