• Help Desk/Ticketing System
    In coordination with the expiration of the VARtek contract, the Pine-Richland Technology Department has implemented a new ticket system.

    The new system is accessible several different ways in an effort to provide better service to our district. They include:

    1.   E-mail: Send a message to help@pinerichland.org (from any device).

    2.   Portal: http://help.pinerichland.org  (Use your network Username/Password.)

    3.   Phone: From anywhere in the district dial Extension: Help. (4357) Anywhere off Campus dial 724-625-7773, xHELP (4357)
