Help Desk Ticketing System

  • The Pine-Richland Technology Department implemented a new ticket system called incidentIQ.

    The new system is accessible several different ways in an effort to provide better service to our district. They include:

    • CREATE TICKET: Go to the incidentIQ & log in with your Pine-Richland based email account (from any device).
    • HELP TOOLS: http://help.pinerichland.org
    • PHONE: From anywhere in the district dial Extension: Help. (4357) Anywhere off Campus dial 724-625-7773, ext. HELP (4357)
    • IN PERSON: Technology Help Desk (located in PRHS room 113)
