Communication & Timeline
At the beginning of each season (fall, winter, spring), the district will remind families of activity fee requirements through the district's electronic notification system. The district will send email reminders to all families in late July/Early August, mid-October, and early February.
Upon compilation of an activity/athletic roster, the advisor or coach will receive a list of participating students who did not pay their activity fee. Advisors and coaches will remind these students to pay the activity fee prior to the students participating in the activity or sport.
The athletic director/building principal, or his/her designee, will monitor activity fee payments on a regular basis. Upon determining an activity fee balance, the athletic director/building principal, or his/her designee, will send a reminder letter to the family.
