Pine-Richland Meal Guidelines

Manage your Student Meal Account

Parents/Guardians are responsible for keeping their student’s meal account funded to allow purchases in the school cafeteria. Payments are made by check or cash sent to the school cafeteria.  Make checks payable to Pine-Richland Cafeteria Fund and include your student's PIN number on the check. 

Payments may be made on line at www.schoolcafe.com.

Free & Reduced

Obtaining Balance Information

Balance information is available 24-7 at  www.schoolcafe.com.  Register using your child’s Pine-Richland student ID number.
Elementary students receive weekly reminder letters via parent email.
Secondary students are reminded of  a low balance amount by the cashier when their balance is $5 or below and receive weekly reminders via parent email.
