Mr. Stoebener, director of technology, joined Pine-Richland School District in March of 2015. Previously he served as director of technology and information systems at Avonworth School District, where he proactively managed Avonworth’s technology and aligned the district’s technology plan with the core curriculum, as well as oversaw and executed onsite day-to-day technical support and network operations. Prior, he served as director of technology at the Regional Learning Alliance through Slippery Rock University. He was promoted from within after serving as an information technology technician at SRU.

Mr. Stoebener has a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Slippery Rock University.

“I am excited for the opportunity to work with the PRSD community and look forward to providing the technical knowledge and expertise to help the district succeed in providing a collaborative environment where technology is an integral part of learning,” said Mr. Stoebener.

He is a Microsoft certified systems engineer and Dell certified system technician. He is a member of the Allegheny Intermediate Unit Technology Advisory Council, the SRU Alumni Association, and was previously a member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Pittsburgh Technology Institute Advisory Board.
