    Pine-Richland School District is accepting fall sports registrations. The process is now online. Families grades 7-12 can upload documents to the site for each child. Within the site is your physical packet, which contains all of the necessary documents.

  • Baseball Team Rolls Forward in PIAAs

    The Pine-Richland High School Varsity Baseball Team is rolling forward in the PIAA Playoffs. The team beat Manheim on June 3, 2019, 7-1, at Greater Latrobe. The team will take on North Allegheny on June 6, 2019, at 4 p.m. at the LaRoche College Baierl Athletic Complex, 9000 Babcock Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. in the PIAA quarterfinals. Please note this is a new time and location. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students (grades K-12).

  • Girls Lacrosse Players Compete at Nationals

    Two of Pine-Richlands Girls Lacrosse’s own represented the high school at the 2019 U.S. Lacrosse Women's National Tournament on May 25-26 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland.

  • Track and Field Athletes Advance to State Playoffs

    Sophomore Danielle Bryant qualified for the PIAAs and placed eighth in the 100 Meter Hurdles and also placed fourth in the 300 Meter Hurdles. In all, Coach Bill Crummy said there were more than 20 Pine-Richland athletes competing at WPIALs. Danielle was selected for the elite New Balance National Championship Competition that will be hosted in North Carolina on June 13-15, 2019.

  • Boys Finishes PIAA Play

    The Pine-Richland High School Boys Lacrosse Team was stopped in the second round of the PIAA State Championship Playoffs on June 1, 2019, at Penn State's Panzer Stadium. Conestoga took the win 13-7. The WPIAL champion Rams finished with a record of 19 wins and three losses. The Rams beat McDowell in the first round 17-3 on May 31, 2019, at Mars High School. The team earned the WPIAL Championship Title after defeating Mt. Lebanon 12-5 on Friday, May 24, 2019, at Robert Morris University.

  • Athletes Qualify for PIAA Track Competition

    PRHS athletes competed in the WPIAL Track Individual Championships. Several students qualified for PIAAs. Sophomore Danielle Bryant placed 1st in the Girls 300 Hurdles. In the Girls100 Hurdles, she placed 3rd, along with junior Chalondra Clarke, who placed 6th. Danielle & Chalondra along with sophomore Ella Rottinghaus & junior Livie Miller placed 2nd in the girls 4x400 Relay with a new school record.

  • 6th Grader Earns State Title

    Congratulations to sixth-grader Vaughn Spencer. He was named the 2019 130lb Freestyle State Champion on May 18, 2019, at Lockhaven, PA. He earned two State Championships in one season. In March, he was named the PA Junior Wrestling State Champ for the 125-pound category.

    Junior student-athlete Nate Lukez, a member of the Pine-Richland Wrestling Team, committed to the United States Military Academy West Point in May of 2019.

  • Boys Volleyball Stopped in Playoffs

    The Pine-Richland Boys Volleyball Team traveled to Norwin High School and recorded a 3-1 victory over the home team Knights. With the victory, the Rams advanced in the WPIAL playoffs tournament and lost to Bethel Park on May 16.

  • Crew Captures Victory on River

    The Pine-Richland Crew team found success on a quick-moving Ohio River on May 5, 2019, at the Groveton Sprints. The Rams women’s varsity 8+ crew captured victory on the 1,500-meter course posting a time of 5:10.5. The win came over a Fox Chapel (5:28.9) crew that defeated the Rams the previous week at Pittsburgh Scholastic Sprints.

  • Volleyball Player on All-American Watch List

    Senior Luke Olson is being named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Boys High School All-America Watch List. This is the first for boys volleyball at Pine-Richland. He was also named a WPIAL Player of the Week.

    Pine-Richland will take on North Allegheny in girls Lacrosse on Monday, April 8, 2019. The North Allegheny Sports Network is broadcasting the game that starts at 7:30 p.m. at PR Stadium, 704 Warrendale Rd. in Gibsonia, PA.

  • Junior Wrestlers Take Top Awards

    Pine-Richland junior wrestlers took top recognition at the Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling Tournament. Sixth-grader Vaughn Spencer earned first place in his weight division and sixth-grader Maclane Miller earned fourth place in his division at the University of Pittsburgh Petersen Events Center on March 16, 2019.
