Pine-Richland School District Seeking Communications Interns
Looking to gain valuable experience in the evolving field of communications? If so, Pine-Richland School District is looking for interns to serve during the summer, fall, and/or spring.
At the Pine-Richland Communications Internship, interns will have the opportunity to gain public relations/communications knowledge from an industry professional as well as experience the real-world field of communications. Interns will also have the opportunity to enhance practical communication skills such as website design, writing, journalism, photography, video and photo editing, spreadsheet development, and software operations.
As a communications intern at Pine-Richland, interns will gain experience in a variety of tasks such as data analytics, multimedia, project management, media relations, and mass publications. Furthermore, this internship will be tailored to the skills and abilities of the applicant. Interns will also be trained to learn new skills to further improve their work.
Additionally, interns will be able to interact with a variety of people, such as school administration personnel, teachers, principals, and children K-12. This internship will be based within the Administrative Office of Pine-Richland School District, but interns will also have the ability to travel to the six different schools within Pine-Richland School District to gain experience from working in the field.
This paid internship allows for flexible schedules based around intern needs such as beginning and end dates as well as hours and workdays. Parts of this internship can also be completed from home.
