Bryson Bresnahan, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist through the Pennsylvania Board of Psychology as well as a Certified School Psychologist and Supervisor of Pupil Personnel through the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Dr. Bresnahan conducted his initial doctoral research in prediction of specific reading deficits for children with Dyslexia.
He is a graduate of Duquesne University. Dr. Bresnahan was employed by the Pittsburgh Public Schools for 10 years as a school psychologist and supervisor. He previously conducted therapy through a private practice with interests in anxiety and trauma. Dr. Bresnahan also was an adjunct instructor in psychology at Duquesne for 12 years.
He is very pleased to join the team at Pine-Richland due to the district’s established academic effectiveness and reputation for differentiation of instruction that strives to meet each child’s needs.
