2019 Policy Updates
As part of a cyclical review process, the PR School Board and Administration review and approve policies. The entire batch of 300 Employees policies were reviewed and approved in June 2019. If a policy needs closer study, the team will pull and spend additional time reviewing the policy. In 2019, Policy 330 Overtime was pulled for further review. Policy 330 was later approved in April 2020. Policy 004 Membership was also revised to reflect the new school director training requirements from Act 55 of 2017, new amendments to Section 328 of the PA School Code requiring training on trauma-informed approaches.
