This project will help transform the space directly outside the EHUE library to an outdoor flexible learning area that can be used for a variety of purposes:

• Outdoor classroom
• Learning experiences directly related to core content and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math)
• Experiential learning opportunities
• Connection to EHUE makerspace
• Extracurricular activities
• Classroom lunch gatherings
• Community use after school
• Aligns with EHUE’s Designation as a 2019 US Department of Education Green Ribbon School
• Aligns with PRSD’s mission, vision, and values & Strategic Plan
• Supports differentiated learning experiences for ALL students
