    2023-2024 Meal Information

For families who qualify for the Free & Reduced meal program, lunches will continue to be no cost for free families and .40 cents for reduced families. PLEASE understand that if your student participates in the free and reduced meal program, only one breakfast and one lunch each day are covered. If your student chooses a second entree, second meal or snack item, you will need to have money in the account to cover the cost.

For our Full Pay students, lunch for elementary students will be $2.60 and secondary students will be $2.85.  If your student is planning to purchase a second entree, second meal or snack item, it is the expectation that the meal account will be funded at all times.  Families are encouraged to monitor student's purchases on SchoolCafe and set low balance reminders.

If you believe your household would be within the Free & Reduced threshold, we ask that you complete an application »

Setting Up a Food Services Account

Please note that a free online account can be set at www.schoolcafe.com to monitor student balances and to request automatic low-balance email reminders. If paying by check, please provide a student name and student ID number. Checks should be written out to Pine-Richland Cafeteria Fund (PRCF) and can be mailed to the PR Food Services Department, which is located at 700 Warrendale Rd., Gibsonia, PA 15044 or given to the student's teacher for elementary students and handed to the cashier for secondary students. If you would like to place any restrictions on your student’s meal account, please contact the food service department at 724-625-3550 or complete the NEW Meal Restrictions Form.
