Pine-Richland High School

Full (clock) Day = 375 minutes
Half Day = 187.5 at 10:53 am (period 4 ends at 10:58 am)
If a student arrives after 7:45 am and before the end of Period 4, they are tardy. Arrival after Period 4 receives a Half Day AM Absence.

Pine-Richland Middle School

Full (clock) Day = 384 minutes
Half Day = 192 minutes at 10:57 am (period 4 ends at 10:56)
If a student arrives after 7:45 am and before the end of Period 4, they are tardy. Arrival after Period 4 receives a Half Day AM Absence.

Eden Hall Upper Elementary School

Full (clock) Day = 395 minutes
Half Day = 197.5 minutes at 11:53 am
If a student arrives after 8:35 am and before 11:53 am, they are tardy.  Arrival after 11:53 am receives a Half Day AM Absence.    

Hance, Richland, Wexford Elementary Schools (Grades 1-3)

Full (clock) Day = 385 minutes
Half Day = 192 minutes at 12:32 pm
If a student arrives after 9:15 am and before 12:32 pm, they are tardy. Arrival after 12:32 pm receives a Half Day AM absence.  

Hance, Richland, Wexford Elementary Schools (Kindergarten)

Full (clock) Day = 160 minutes
Half Day = 80 minutes
If an AM kindergarten student arrives after 9:15 am and before 10:35 am, they are tardy. Arrival after 10:35 am receives a Half Day AM Absence. If a PM kindergarten student arrives after 1:05 pm and before 2:25 pm, they are tardy. Arrival after 2:25 pm receives a Half Day PM Absence.  

A Half Day PM absence would be calculated from the end of the day.  When an early dismissal is entered, the system will calculate the number of minutes the student will be missing. If it exceeds the number of half day minutes, then a Half Day PM absence would be entered.
