Submission Guidelines
Pine-Richland School District welcomes submissions from student athletic groups, clubs and other activities for inclusion in Student Activity and Booster News, which is published every other Thursday during the school year. This publication is limited to district-led student activity information relevant to students in grades 7-12.
Submissions from non-profit community groups are published in PR Happenings every other Saturday during the school year.
Requests for publication should be directed to prnewsletters@pinerichland.org and must be received by 8:00 am on Wednesday of the week of publication. All publication requests must follow our submission guidelines.
Guidelines
Our submission guidelines have recently been updated to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, ensuring that content shared through our digital platforms is accessible to individuals with disabilities. All materials published, including links to websites, must be formatted to work with assistive technology. Examples of assistive technology include screen readers, closed captioning and keyboard navigation.
- Submit your information in text format only. Flyers and images will not be included.
- Include a brief summary of your event or program.
- Registration websites must either be ADA-compliant or you must provide an alternative method for participants to register or learn more (email address or phone number). If you are not sure if your website is compliant, err on the side of caution and provide an alternative.
