Wellness Policy Assessment Report
Federal regulations at 7 CFR 210.31 require all local education agencies participating in the National School Lunch Program to complete an assessment of their local school wellness policy at least every three years and make the results available to the public. USDA requires that our second triennial assessment be completed by June 30, 2026. PDE reviews compliance with wellness policy requirements during the Administrative Review. The attached document represents the assessment tool completed by the Pine-Richland School District, which has also been reviewed at the Food Service Advisory & Wellness Committee on October 8, 2025.
