Ticketing Agreement

Ticket sales for all JV and Varsity athletic contests help offset essential event costs, such as officials and event staff. Football tickets are set at $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for students, while all other JV and Varsity sports are $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students. To support our athletic community, ticketing agreements are permitted with approved booster groups. When PRSD organizes ticket sales, all revenue goes directly to the district; when a booster group manages the process, the revenue is shared evenly (50/50) between the district and the booster group.

Tiered Booster Contribution for Advertising and Sponsorship

  • Tier 1—Events held in a location where a digital scoreboard is not available (e.g., baseball, tennis)—$1,500
  • Tier 2—Stadium, PRHS Gymnasium, Natatorium Events—$2,500
  • Tier 3—Football (size and scope of event)—$3,500

The tiered fee permits the organization to use our digital scoreboards and other means of advertising (fencing, audio system, etc.) or sponsorships to generate revenue.  Any revenue above the tiered fee goes directly to the booster organization.
