SAT/ACT Test Dates 2020-2021
Current test dates for the SAT, SAT Subject Test and the ACT for the 2020-2021 year. All dates and registration deadline dates are subject to change. Students are encouraged to check with College Board or the ACT for the most updated information. Questions about scores, registration or test availability can be answered by either the College Board or ACT customer service representatives.

Parental Transcript Release Form-Current Students
Form required to release student information to colleges, universities, scholarships, and athletic entities that is to be signed by parent/guardian of a Pine-Richland High School student. This form only needs to be submitted once per year for each student making requests.

Parental Transcript Release Form
Gives permission to release academic record of named student by parent/guardian. This form only needs to be submitted ONE TIME per year.

Transcript Request form-Current students
Please use this form to request a transcript to be sent to colleges, for scholarships, athletics purposes. This form is for current students ONLY!! Past graduates need to use the form designated for Alumni.

Course Change Request form
Use this form to request a schedule change. A semester course that is changed will not show on the transcript if completed by Monday, February 1st. Requests are pending availability in a class, number of study halls on a schedule and graduation requirements.
This form is also to be used when a student wants to drop/add a full year course. Any schedule changes for year long courses will be reflected on a student's transcript with the designation of W with the letter grade at the time of the withdrawal from that course. (EX: Drop course with a C, WC will appear on the transcript.) The grade is not averaged into the GPA and will not be averaged into the new course that may be added. No credit is awarded for the dropped course. Any requests will be reviewed by an appeals committee and completion of the form should not be considered an approval of the change.
