Over the years, the Pine-Richland School District teachers have been recognized for their dedication and excellence in the classroom. Since 1995,  the Teacher Excellence Center program was instrumental in providing accolades to our teachers.

After TEC dissolved in 2009, so Pine-Richland embraced the PA Teacher of the Year program that year, when judges accepted applications for the 2010 program.

We are proud to be home of the 2010 PA Teacher of the Year Michelle Switala.
