Joint Negotiations Update
Pine-Richland School District's Board of School Directors and the
Pine-Richland Education Association are pleased to announce the
ratification of a new, six-year, collective bargaining agreement that
will run through the conclusion of the 2017-2018 school year.
new agreement provides for average annual salary increases of 4.0% per
year with increasing health care contributions being made by employees
during that time.
In addition, the parties have developed a new
retirement incentive that may benefit both the district and the
employees in future years.
We look forward to working
collaboratively in the future and embracing the school district's theme
for this school year of "Focused on Learning."
