Class of 2027 Senior Photo Instructions

All seniors are responsible for submitting their own yearbook photo by September 30. This is the photo that will be included in the senior section of the book called Portraits.

This photo can be taken by you, a family member, or a professional photographer.

A list of our suggested photographers is included in this document.

If we do not receive the photo prior to the deadline, the senior’s name will be listed as camera shy.

Please be sure to follow all of these instructions:

  • Head and shoulders only (avoid full-length body--these could be used for senior ads instead)
    This is a very important guideline–to improve visibility of the senior’s face, we do NOT encourage full body shots. A full body image will appear very small.
  • No props
  • No pets
  • No hats
  • No sunglasses
  • No hands
  • Nothing inappropriate on or in background
  • Clothing adheres to the dress code detailed in the code of conduct
  • Picture can be taken outside or inside
  • Digital format: High Resolution.jpg, 300 dpi resolution
  • 2 x 2.5 portrait layout
  • The file name of the photo should be: LastFirst.jpg example: SmithJohn.jpg

The photo should be submitted via email to prhsyearbook@pinerichland.org

If a senior has difficulty in making these arrangements, they are responsible for speaking to the yearbook advisor Mrs. Harshman before the deadline. Arrangements can be made for the picture to be taken free of charge at the high school as long as the student or parent makes the request via email.
