All summer camps within Pine and Richland Townships may be listed here. Only non-profit summer camps outside of Pine and Richland Townships will be listed.
Submit athletic camp requests to the PRSD Athletic office for approval and posting. All other camps and programs should be submitted to prnewsletters@pinerichland.org.
2025 Academic & Other Camps
Air Force Association CyberCamp
Taught by cybersecurity professionals from the University of Pittsburgh, students will learn vital skills like cyber hygiene, Windows and Ubuntu system administration and more during this week long camp starting June 23 through June 27. Students are required to attend all five days. Registration opens on March 24. Learn more »
Antibiotic Avengers
The University of Pittsburgh is hosting a summer camp experience for students in grades 10 - 12 from July 7 through July 11 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Campers will learn about soil bacteria, hands-on lab experiments, chromatography and even create their own agar art with bacteria. Learn more »
Camp Champion at La Roche
Get ready for a summer full of adventure, nature, and hands-on fun at La Roche University’s Champions Camp, running June 16–August 15 for ages 5–12! Campers will enjoy weekly field trips, outdoor skills, nature exploration, and creative challenges. Core hours are 9 AM–4 PM with free extended care available. Camp Guyasuta
Camp Guyasuta will offer nine weeks of co-ed summer day camp fun for youth of all ages. Activities include archery, ropes courses, swimming, target sports, creek hikes, and more. Early drop-off, late pick-up, and an optional horseback riding experience are available. Registration closes once 180 campers are signed up. Learn more »
Camp Invention

Duquesne University Pharmacy Camp
The Duquesne University School of Pharmacy is hosting a one-day summer camp for current high school students and college students considering transferring to explore pharmacy with faculty and current student pharmacists. Pharmacy Exploration Day highlights different job pathways, explores a day-in-the-life of a pharmacist, and explore various experiential learning opportunities. Pharmacy Day is free to attend, but seating is limited. Learn more »
Girls in Construction Camp
Save the date for a free summer day camp for girls entering grades 8 - 12 on June 23 through June 27 from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm . This camp provides hands on experiences and opportunities to learn about careers in construction. Complete the interest form.

Salem Church Preschool Summer Camp
Join us at Salem Church Preschool Camp where fun meets learning under the sun! All children ages 3 - 6 who are potty trained are welcome to join the fun. Our weekly camp runs from May 27 to June 26 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. A one time registration fee of $35, secures your child's space and includes a tshirt. Learn more »
Steel City Codes
Steel City Codes is offering a cost-free summer camp for students in 4th - 8th grade in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area through which high school volunteers will be teaching computer science to students. The summer camp will run virtually from 9 AM to 3 PM, from August 4-8, 2025.
The camps mix a specially-designed curriculum with enjoyable bonding activities to create rewarding experiences for our campers. Students will also complete a fun final project at the end of the week! Whether you are new to the vast world of computer science or have previously engaged with it and want to deepen your knowledge, Steel City Codes’ summer program is perfect for you.

Stepping Stones

Summer Singers Camp
Pittsburgh Youth Chorus Summer Singers Camp is open to students ages 7 through 10 to learn the basics of music education in a fun environment. Waynesburg University Space as Place
Rising juniors and seniors are invited to explore Greene County, Gettysburg, and Washington, D.C. through Waynesburg University’s Knowledge for Freedom Program. Students will live on campus from July 13 to August 1, 2025. All costs are covered. Learn more »

Beadling Soccer Camp
Beadling Soccer Club will offer their annual soccer camp at the North Park Sports Complex on Tuesdays and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm starting July 15 through August 7. There are camp options for students of all ages. Contact Jodi Chmielewski with any questions. Learn more »
Girls Field Hockey
Registration for girls' field hockey summer camp at Pine-Richland Stadium is now open to girls in grades K - 12. Camp is scheduled on Thursdays from June 12 through July 24. Learn more »
Pine-Richland Baseball Camp
Join Pine-Richland Baseball at Richland Park June 16-19. Kids will work on individual skills and fundamentals. Learn more »
Youth Basketball
Registration is open for a basketball summer camp hosted by Pine-Richland girls basketball coaches and players from June 16 through June 19. This camp is open to boys and girls in grades K - 3, and girls grades 4 - 8. Registration closes on June 1. Learn more »
Youth Cross Country
Registration is open for the Pine-Richland Cross Country Youth Summer Camp at Pine-Richland High School. Campers will learn about the fundamentals of cross country, teamwork, and have fun with games and challenges. Two sessions are available: June 9-10 and August 5-6, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Youth Soccer
The High School Soccer Boosters are excited to announce their 3rd annual youth camp for students in grades 1 - 5. The camp is run by boys and girls varsity players from June 16 through June 18. Registration is now open. Learn more »
PR Summer Tennis Camps
Head Tennis Coach Siriprasert will hold three tennis camps at PRHS for boys and girls entering grades 2 through 12.
- Session 1: June 23-26
- Session 2: July 7-10
- Session 3: August 4-7
Campers can attend as many of the sessions as they wish. Campers entering grades 2 - 5 will have camp from 9:00 am - 10:30 am each day, campers entering grades 6 - 9 will attend camp from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, and all campers entering grades 6 - 9 will attend camp from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Fill out the Google Form to have a camp application/registration form emailed to you.
Volleyball Tune-Up Camps
Tune up for the fall season for students in grades 7 - 8 and learn the fundamentals of volleyball for students in grades 4 - 6. The Pine-Richland girls volleyball team and coach are offering three camps over the summer. July 7 - July 9 for students grades 4 - 6. July 14 - July 16 for students grades 7 - 8. July 28 - July 30 for students grades 4 - 6.
