Help Desk Ticketing Service
Pine-Richland Technology Department uses a ticketing system called incidentIQ.
The new system is accessible in several different ways in an effort to provide better service to our district. They include:
Good—Phone
From anywhere in the district, dial extension HELP (4357). Off-campus, staff can dial 724-443-1557, and students should call 724-443-1503.
Better—Email
help@pinerichland.org
Best—Create a Ticket
Login to incidentIQ with your Pine-Richland-based email account (from any device).
Never—Do not directly email or call a technology team member for a new support item.
