PRHS will be hosting its 3rd Annual Drill Meet on April 22, 2017. Nearly 250 cadets will be competing in Armed & Unarmed Drill, Color Guard, Uniform Inspection with basic Air Force knowledge questions, Academic Quiz Bowl, Armed & Unarmed Exhibition, and competitive knockout (testing drill moves to determine the last cadet standing). .
This is a cadet-led event that will be bringing in ten schools that have an Air Force JROTC unit to compete and will be judged by both Air Force and Army active duty personnel volunteering their time on a Saturday.
We will be presenting trophies to the top three finishers (1st-3rd) in eleven separate events as well as the top ten finishers in two separate knockout events that will receive drill medals (20 total).
The event takes place at Pine-Richland High School and begins at 10 a.m. and runs through 4 p.m.
