  • Stadium to Close in January for Lighting Project

    Pine-Richland School District will be closing the Pine-Richland High School Stadium track to install a new lighting system from Jan. 6 through Feb. 16, 2020. During the installation, the PRHS Spirit Room, stadium lobby and weight room will remain open. The track will reopen on Feb. 17, 2020.

  • PR Misses Win by a Field Goal

    Pine-Richland made it to the WPIAL Championship match-up and was defeated by Central Catholic. The two teams were tied at 7-7 with only three minutes and 58 seconds left in the game and Central Catholic's Johnathan Opalko kicked a game-winning 40-yard field goal.

  • Senior Athletes Commit to Colleges

    Student-athletes participated in National Signing Day on November 13, 2019, at Pine-Richland High Schools. More students will be signing February of 2019. Here is a profile on each senior who signed or committed to universities and colleges so far this year. Additional signing days will be held on February 5, 2020, and April 15, 2020.

  • Check Out WPIAL Football Info

    The Pine-Richland Football Rams took a win in the WPIAL semifinals. The team will meet up with Central Catholic at Heinz Field at 8 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2019, for the WPIAL Championship Title.

    The Pine-Richland Girls Field Hockey Team is prepping for the first round of the PIAAs at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. They will take on Hershey High School at Hempfield Area High School.

  • Girls Volleyball Stopped in Semifinal Round Play

    The Pine-Richland High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Team defeated Oakland Catholic in the second round of the WPIAL Playoffs by 3-2. The team was stopped by Canon McMillan 2-3 on October 30, 2019, in the semi-final game.

    The PRHS Varsity Competition Cheer Team took a first-place win in the small varsity division at Miami Valley Regional on Sunday, October 27, 2019.

  • Register for Winter Sports

    As the fall sports season begins to wind down, Pine-Richland School District is prepping for the winter sports season. With that in mind, please take time to submit an online registration for winter sports by completing the PR online registration form by November 11, 2019. The first day of winter sports practice is November 18, 2019.

    The Pine-Richland High School Field Hockey Team completed its regular season play. The team beat North Allegheny 3-0. The Rams are undefeated in their division.

  • Cross Country Has Great Meet at Lennox Invitational

    The Pine-Richland Cross Country Team had a fantastic race at the Lennox Invitational at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds in New Castle on October 12, 2019. The girl’s team captured the championship, winning the invitational for the 2nd year in a row. The boy’s team also had a great showing finishing 5th. Next up is the Tri-State Coaches Invitational at California University on October 17, 2019.

  • Football Rams to Take on Seneca

    The Pine-Richland High School Varsity Football Team is prepping to take on Seneca Valley on Oct. 18, 2019. On Oct. 11, 2019, the Rams rolled over Mt. Lebanon will a final score of 41 to nothing. Cole Spencer amassed a total of 299 yards. Read an update in the Tribune-Review.

  • Girls Soccer Stopped in 1st Round of WPIALs

    The Pine-Richland High School Varsity Girls Soccer Team moved on in WPIAL Play. The team played Penn Trafford on Oct. 21, 2019, in the first round of WPIALs. The Rams lost to the Warriors 1-2.

    The Pine-Richland High School Varsity Girls Tennis Team defeated Hempfield 5-0 in Round 1 of the WPIAL Team Tennis Tournament on October 10, 2019. The team was stopped on October 14, 2019, by Peters Township in round 2 of WPIALs. The final score was 0-5.
