JV1 Inline Team Earns Championship Medal

Gold Medal The Pine-Richland High School Inline Hockey Program had four teams that were in the playoffs.

The PRHS JV1 Team won the Tier 4 High School championship and gold medal, winning the best of three series played over two weekends against West Allegheny which ended on March 1, 2020. Players on the JV1 team include Juniors Bradley McLeister and Nate Hodgin; sophomores Christian Bridge, Evan Pavlick, and Zack Szelc; and freshmen Kaden Cherevka, Daniel Mooney, Ryan Peacock,  Shawn Peacock, and Aiden Saber. The team's head coach is Greg Czekner. Silver Medal
The PRHS Varsity Team advanced to the championship round of the Tier 1 High School division and lost the best of three series played over two weekends to Upper Saint Clair which ended on February 23 and earned the silver medal. Players on the Varsity team included seniors Blake Briski, Jack Carnovale, Joe Folmer, Asa Heeter, Tommy Mooney, Richard Wild, and Caeden Wargo; junior Ben Carnovale; and sophomores Aiden Heeter and Esai Morse; and freshman Jack Breisinger. The team's head coach is Rush Hodgin.

The middle school and JV2 teams were eliminated in the first round of their playoffs.
