Happy Friday everyone! The students are officially yours for the summer as of 12:35 yesterday! I’ll continue to express my gratitude for ALL you did to make this school year a success. It was quite a rollercoaster if you look back on it, but one steady piece was your student coming to school, learning and growing. We are proud of all of their progress and accomplishments. Please take time to reflect with them on all they have learned, both academically and socially. They truly are different little beings than when they started in the fall.
The only assignments we ask you to do with your students over the summer are: continue to foster a love for reading, enjoy special family moments, take pictures that help document the fun, encourage them to try something new, practice their math facts on occasion!
We will have a couple of events at school in July, one of them being Storytime at the Playground at 6:30 p.m. on July 6! We will have an incoming K/1st grade open playground event on July 19, and 2nd/3rd grade on July 20, both from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. The grade levels are for the 2022-2023 school year. Come out for some fun!
