On an annual basis, the Pine-Richland School District conducts a detailed survey for parents (all grades), staff (all workforce groups), and students (grades 3, 6, 8, and 12). The results of these surveys are used as a source of feedback, satisfaction, and engagement.
The results are reviewed each summer at both the aggregate, district level, and disaggregated levels (e.g., building, grade level, or workforce group). Opportunities for improvement drive future efforts within the context of the strategic plan. Many results are then embedded in the comprehensive set of measures included within the PRSD Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Performance Excellence application.
