7th grade scoliosis screening: This screening is a requirement of the PA Department of Health. PRMS will perform this screening in the next few months. If your child has had a physical exam and/or sports physical dated June 1, 2022 or later, please email a copy to khalliday@pinerichland.org. If your child's physician has checked that they have examined their back and/or done the scoliosis exam, your child will not need to be screened at school.

7th grade completed dental exam: If you have not done so, please submit your 7th grade student's dental exam by Oct. 1, 2022. Any dental exam from Sept. 1, 2021 is acceptable. Your dentist can complete the form found at this link or fax the date of your child's last exam to 724-625-3144.
