As part of the placement process for next school year, the Parent Input Form for students currently in grades K-2 is being provided for your feedback. (A separate form will be provided soon for 3rd grade students for placement at EHUE). The Parent Input Form, which is optional, is a very important part of the placement process for your child. If you wish to provide feedback, please complete this form by March 31. 

As a reminder, assignment of students to a classroom is a very important decision. The student placement process begins in early spring when parents are invited to complete a Parent Input Form that identifies the environment best suited for their child. This form is not required; however, if parents feel they have special concerns for their child, it is available. Requests for specific teachers or pairing with specific peers cannot be accommodated and are not accepted.
