Students Win Several Awards at the 2023 Digital Media Arts Consortium’s Student Competition

On April 20, students from the PRHS Video Production, Advanced Video Production, TV Production, Journalism and Yearbook classes attended the 2023 Digital Media Arts Consortium’s Student Competition Awards at Robert Morris University. Students from the tri-state area had previously submitted videos and articles to the competition that were judged by industry professionals, RMU faculty and high school teachers.

Pine-Richland’s award winners include:

  • Sophia DeJesus, Award of Excellence for Opinion/Editorial Article
  • Quinn Martin and Logan Blackwell, Best Writing for the 48 Hour Film Competition
  • Francesco Zottola, Founders Award
  • PRTV Club (represented by Brayden Perry, Blake Fuchs and Francesco Zottola), Award of Excellence for Live Event
