The district held a series of planning and work sessions starting in August of 2011. An electronic data portfolio was created on the website and provided pertinent information for sub-committees to access during their discussions. The process was directed y the steering committee and six subcommittees. More than 160 people volunteered to serve on the steering committee or the various sub-committees.
