The Pine-Richland High School Competitive Cheerleading Squad placed 11th after earning a bid to nationals. The team traveled to Orlando, FL February 8-10, 2019, and competed in the small varsity and game day divisions.
The competitive cheer team placed fourth at the state championship competition January 11-12, 2019 in Hershey, PA.
“The team had a phenomenal weekend in Hershey,” Competitive Cheerleading Booster President Jillian Gill. “They performed a “zero” deduction routine at Finals and had a perfect score. We couldn’t be prouder.”

At WPIALs, the team earned second in the small varsity division and fourth overall at the competition held at Hempfield High School on January 5, 2019.
The coaching staff is made up of Head Coach Corey Doyle and assistant coaches Amanda Kerestes, Jenna Mansfield, and Mariah Wojciechowski.
The competitive team is made up of senior captains Ally Czerski, Makenzie Marburger and Holly Stewart; juniors Emma Coleman, Abby Casario, Jacqueline Gill, Kate Kwasnick and Sammy Nudi; sophomore Taylor McWhirter; and freshmen Abby Dewick, Amanda Marburger, Morgan Roupe, and Sarah Vigna.
