Strategic Planning Town Hall #3:

Opportunity to Provide Input

Jan. 3, 2019
Dear Students, Staff, Parents. Alumni and Community Members:
As you know, one of our key initiatives this year is the development of the Pine-Richland School district Strategic Plan for 2019 - 2023. The development and implementation of this plan will drive changes and improvements in our organization. As part of our approach to communication and engagement, we are inviting members of our business and residential communities, parent groups, workforce, student body, and those who can provide input in supporting and helping our district grow.
Process & Timeline
During our second town hall in November, we had 76 participants combined from the daytime and evening sessions. We had 141 combined participants in October. It was especially great to have student participation at all meetings. In addition, we had 231 people respond through the electronic survey/input form. We appreciate all of our participants' support. Some have participated in both sessions.
You are invited to join us from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. or from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, in the Pine-Richland High School Stadium Spirit Room, 704 Warrendale Rd., Gibsonia for our third Strategic Planning Town Hall Workshop in which we will focus on reviewing the final plan, implementation priorities, timelines and measures of the long-term goals. We will also briefly review elements of the Comprehensive Plan required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
The sessions will be identical in design. We are offering a day and evening session to provide flexibility for attendance. During the day-time session, we will have cones to mark the parking area for this event. See the map to the right. Please RSVP by clicking on our short questionnaire.

Thank you in advance for considering this opportunity to participate as we engage our community in setting direction for our district, while aligning to our mission, vision, and values.
