The board approved the 2018 Homestead & Farmstead Exclusion Resolution. State property tax relief provided by gaming funds is revenue neutral to the school district.  This calculation provides for a reduction in assessed value for each approved homestead within our community.  The calculation of tax relief is based on the state property tax reduction allocation and millage rate which will be set by the school board for 2018 real estate tax bills.
