Pine-Richland Education Association Votes

to Reject Fact-Finding Report

March 12, 2014, the Pine-Richland Education Association voted to reject the fact-finding report issued by Ms. Michelle Miller-Kotula in the matter between the Pine-Richland School District and the Pine-Richland Education Association. Consequently, the parties have not settled their ongoing contract negotiations.

The fact-finding report will be made public on March 13, 2014 on the Department of Labor and Industry website. A link to the fact-finding report will also be made available on the school district's website. A second round of voting on the fact-finding report will occur between March 19th and 23rd.
The district is hopeful that the parties will be able to accept the fact-finding report at that time and, in the process, reach a contract settlement that will provide stability for the District.
