Grad's Band Busy in the 'Burgh Before Concert Tour

Daily Grind Pine-Richland graduate Brad Hammer and his band Daily Grind will be celebrating the release of its CD on May 29, 2015.

Hammer, who graduated in 2009, plays lead guitar in the band which also includes Myles Mahoney on lead guitar, Matt Majot on bass, and Reid Campbell on drums. 

Hammer, Mahoney and Majot make up the vocals for the group.  Their musical influences range everywhere from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to the Black Keys to Biggie Smalls.

The band’s music and music video will be featured again on Root Sports prior to the Pirates Away Game in San Diego on May 29, 2015. Pre-game begins at 9:25 p.m. and the game starts at 10:10 p.m. 

They are also getting air time on WDVE-FM.

They delivered their first online concert last year in LA. This year, the Daily Grind will play from Downingtown, PA (outside of Philadelphia) while on their east coast tour.
